I am a registered nurse and trained nursing educator. My clinical background is primarily in surgery and pre- and postoperative care. I have been teaching in the nursing programme since 2018 and completed my PhD in December 2025. My dissertation focuses on personal and professional development for mentors, contributing to a more sustainable working life for nurses through the development of mentorship.
