I work as a researcher and senior lecturer at Umeå University. I currently work in the research group on Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) for obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and generalized anxiety disorder. I also have ongoing research projects within psychiatric epidemiology (register research) and genetics in autism in collaboration with researchers from Karolinska Institutet. I have previously defended my PhD in the field of psychiatric epidemiology and I have experiences from research on cerebrospinal-fluid, twin-studies and pharmcoepidemiology.
