• Coordinating and supporting role in systematic work environment management. Coordinates and plans the work of the work environment group.
• Work environment representative. Includes work with cases reported via the IA system (accidents, incidents and risk observations).
• Ergonomic advice to employees at the department.
• Administrator for KLARA chemical system. Chemical management, inventory and risk assessment.
• Coordinates documentation regarding CMR, Exposure Registers, Medical Checks and Vaccinations.
• Purchaser in Raindance for all research groups and departmental purchases.
• Make purchases with a focus on furniture, worktables, work chairs, lighting as well as ergonomic products and work technical aids.
• Advice on purchasing and contact person for the procurement unit.

• Participates in LSG and house council.
