Research project Remaking Gut Relations (the Shit! project) is a collaboration with The University of Southern Denmark, Odense University Hospital and Esbjerg Hospital.
This research project investigates how co-creation, food and embodied imagining can be leveraged to upstream Inflammatory Bowel Disease patients into the design of their personal, at home, care regimes. The project is producing close-to-patient and close-to-clinic outcomes.
